Peerless Wall Switch Installation

The lamps connected with l1 and l2 are controlled by the left button.

Wall switch installation. Turn power off at the circuit breaker remove switch cover plate remove existing switch replace with aqara wireless remote switch double rocker connect live wire of wall junction box to input terminal l then connect the lamp wire of wall junction box to l1 and l2 note. Suggested by brian l this will only work with the non remote based fans if it has a remote it likely wont work i don t much care for remote fans to be ho. Test the switch for proper operation.

Confirm the gang box contains a neutral wire typically white. Attaching the brackets to the switch for wall mounting. Please consult a qualified electrician.

Remove the existing faceplate and switch from the gang box. Installation single pole. Using a ballpoint pen put an x in the box to indicate that this is the secondary switch.

Take a photo of the existing wiring for future reference. Place the included gang box template on the wall in the chosen location. To install the switch on a wall follow the instructions in these procedures.

It s fast and easy to do. Turn off the power at the circuit breaker. Restore power to the circuit by switching on the circuit breaker or reinstalling the fuse.

Gently tuck the wires into the box. Install the wall switches into the gang boxes and install the faceplates. Step 3 place the switch on the table or shelf near an ac power source.
